Summary
Curating Associate responsible for executing creative vision and maintaining visual integrity of the gallery while supporting sales and the client experience. The role partners with gallery leadership, curators and corporate teams to coordinate floor sets, maintain inventory integrity and communicate the RH design ethos. This position requires a polished appearance, refined taste and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
- Work with leadership and curators to execute creative vision and elevate client experience
- Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets while upholding visual standards
- Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets, signage, maintenance and recovery
- Maintain inventory integrity and assist with audits
- Read and audit planograms and visual maps and provide creative input
- Continuously drive results through team engagement and accountability
- Learn and communicate product assortment and product care
- Use multiple platforms to track inventory and request replacements
Requirements
- 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic, highly organized and results oriented
- Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems creatively
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery areas
- Basic knowledge of operating power tools and willingness to perform physical tasks
