Job Description

Summary

Curating Associate responsible for supporting gallery visual presentation and merchandising, representing the brand with refined taste and polished professionalism, and collaborating with leadership and corporate partners to elevate client experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Execute creative vision and coordinate merchandise floor sets while upholding visual integrity of the gallery
  • Work with Gallery Leadership, Curators and corporate partners to elevate the client experience and drive sales
  • Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets, quality and visual standards, signage and graphics updates
  • Coordinate gallery maintenance, recovery and cleanliness
  • Read and audit planograms and visual maps and provide creative feedback on company directives
  • Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and leverage platforms to track inventory and request replacements
  • Continuously drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
  • Learn and communicate the company design ethos, product assortment and product care

Requirements

  • 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field
  • Excellent technical ability to leverage multiple platforms for inventory tracking
  • Strategic, highly organized and results oriented with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems creatively through cross functional partnerships
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending and climbing
