Curating Associate

Summary

The Curating Associate supports the gallery's creative vision and client experience through visual merchandising, team training, and inventory coordination. This role helps maintain the visual integrity and polished presentation of the gallery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets while maintaining visual standards.
• Train and mentor gallery team members on floor sets, quality standards, signage, maintenance, recovery, and cleanliness.
• Partner with gallery leadership, curators, and corporate teams to elevate the client experience and drive sales.
• Maintain inventory integrity, audit visual maps and planograms, and communicate product knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or a related field.
• Strong organization, communication, technical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, use basic power tools, and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, and climbing.
