Curating Associate

Summary

The Curating Associate supports the Tampa Gallery by executing RH’s creative vision and elevating the client experience through refined visual presentation and merchandising. This role partners with gallery leadership, curators and corporate partners to coordinate floor sets, maintain visual integrity, and drive sales. The position requires a strong sense of style, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to mentor and train gallery team members.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism
• Execute creative vision with Gallery Leadership, Curators and corporate partners to elevate the client experience and drive sales
• Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets and uphold visual integrity of the gallery
• Train and mentor the gallery team on floor sets, signage, graphics, maintenance and recovery
• Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and read/audit planograms and visual maps
• Offer creative point of view on company directives and support gallery upkeep

Requirements

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or a related field
• Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications; ability to leverage inventory platforms
• Experience creating positive team environments and embracing change
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs, maneuver on the gallery floor and in stock rooms, perform prolonged standing, bending and climbing; basic knowledge of power tools
