Curating Associate

Summary

The Curating Associate supports the RH Gallery by executing visual merchandising and elevating the client experience through refined taste and polished presentation. This role partners with Gallery leadership, Curators and corporate teams to implement creative vision and drive sales. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of style, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for luxury home furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through professional communication, appearance and presentation
• Work with Gallery leadership and Curators to execute creative vision and elevate the client experience
• Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets while maintaining visual integrity of the gallery
• Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets, visual standards, signage, maintenance and recovery
• Read and audit planograms and visual maps and offer creative input on directives
• Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and support cross-functional partnerships to drive results

Requirements

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field
• Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented with meticulous attention to quality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping and climbing as needed
