Job Description

Summary

As a Curating Associate you will support the Gallery leadership and Curators to execute RH's creative vision and elevate the client experience in the Roseville gallery. This role focuses on visual merchandising, floor set coordination, and maintaining the gallery's refined aesthetic while driving sales. The position requires a strong sense of style, attention to detail, and the ability to coach team members on visual standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Gallery leadership, Curators and corporate partners to implement creative direction and enhance the client experience
  • Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets and maintain the visual integrity of the gallery
  • Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets, signage, graphics updates, gallery maintenance and recovery
  • Read and audit planograms and visual maps and provide creative point of view on directives
  • Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and support inventory tracking processes
  • Drive team engagement, accountability and results through effective communication and follow-through

Requirements

  • 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or a related field
  • Strong technical ability to use inventory platforms and request replacements
  • Highly organized, strategic and results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending and other physical tasks
