As a Curator at RH Palm Desert, you will lead a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution in the luxury home furnishings sector. Your role will involve developing visual merchandising plans and driving sales through strategic initiatives, while embodying the RH vision and values.

• Develop visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and centralized RH Visual teams.
• Establish strategies that drive sales and ensure execution according to RH standards.
• Train Gallery teams on merchandise set, signage and graphics updates, and Gallery maintenance.
• Communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.

• 5+ years leadership and visual experience within luxury retail.
• Proven experience embracing change and delivering top results with a positive attitude.
• Ability to recognize and respond to complex priorities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills and strategic mentality.
• Experience creating positive and healthy work environments.
