Summary

Lead a cross-functional gallery team to develop and execute visual merchandising and curation strategies for luxury home furnishings. Represent the brand with refined taste and a polished appearance while driving sales, talent development and adherence to RH standards. Collaborate with internal partners and centralized visual teams to maintain the design point of view and a compelling gallery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising plans with gallery leadership and centralized visual teams
• Establish and execute strategies that drive sales and maintain RH standards
• Train gallery teams on merchandise set, signage, graphics and gallery maintenance
• Lead, engage and hold teams accountable to drive results
• Communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment
• Work cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure execution
• Create positive work environments that motivate teams

Requirements

• 5+ years leadership and visual experience within luxury retail
• Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and leading teams
• Ability to recognize and respond to complex priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-focused with a commitment to quality
• Curious self-educator who seeks information and asks questions
• Proven ability to embrace change and deliver results
