Summary

The Gallery Curator leads a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution, bringing a refined design perspective to luxury home furnishings. This role develops visual merchandising plans and supports business growth while maintaining the Gallery's standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and centralized visual teams.
• Partner with internal teams to establish strategies that drive sales and ensure execution of brand standards.
• Train Gallery teams on merchandise presentation, signage, graphics, maintenance, recovery, and cleanliness.
• Communicate the design point of view and product assortment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership and visual experience within luxury retail.
• Demonstrated ability to embrace change, deliver results, and manage complex priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and team motivation skills.
• Strategic mindset and experience using business analysis to lead teams.
• Commitment to quality, detail, and creating a positive work environment.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks on the Gallery floor.
