Curator - Waterside

Summary

RH is seeking a Gallery Curator in Naples who will lead a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution. The Curator must have refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury to develop and execute visual merchandising that drives sales. This role partners with Gallery leadership and centralized visual teams to train staff, maintain gallery standards, and communicate the RH design point of view.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and RH Visual teams.
• Establish strategies with internal partners to drive sales and ensure execution to RH standards.
• Train Gallery teams on merchandise sets, signage and graphics updates, maintenance, recovery and cleanliness.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability.
• Learn and communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment.

Requirements

• 5+ years leadership and visual experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to embrace change and deliver strong results with a positive attitude.
• Strong leadership and strategic mindset with experience motivating and leading teams using business analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a curious self-educator.
• Commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
