Summary

The Cushion Filler inserts foam cushions into sewn fabric or leather casings using a machine or by hand. The role follows product and quality specifications in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a cushion fill machine to insert foam cushions into sewn casings.
• Fill cushions by hand when foam is not suited to the machine.
• Perform other duties as needed to support production.

Requirements

• Six months of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to read and understand production tickets.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail orientation and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle materials, and lift, carry, push, pull, or grip up to 100 pounds.
