Summary
Seasonal Customer Care Specialist 1 providing virtual, phone based customer service for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack during peak events. This fully remote work from home role requires schedule flexibility including nights weekends and holidays and adherence to training and home workspace requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador delivering world class service to customers
- Answer incoming customer phone contacts in a virtual call center environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries and issues
- Provide product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders and enter data into the order entry system
- Track customer packages and provide updates
- Attend required paid training and follow scheduled shifts and breaks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in contact center retail hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to meet work from home guidelines and maintain a quiet distraction free secure workspace
- Wired high speed internet modem or router with ethernet port thin client must connect directly no satellite or Wi Fi
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work set schedule including nights weekends holidays and required overtime
- Comfort using a computer for entire shift wearing a headset and enabling camera when requested
