Summary
Strategic leader responsible for deepening relationships with high value customers and stylists across the East Coast, driving regional cultivation strategies through coaching, event strategy, and hosting domestic and international selling events. Role requires strong relationship building, discretion, and regular regional travel while partnering with store and cross functional teams to elevate customer experience and program performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead East Coast cultivation strategy and tailor initiatives to regional customer behavior.
- Maintain balance across mid tier and emerging VICs and identify growth opportunities.
- Coach in store VIC leads and styling teams to elevate client cultivation behaviors.
- Own VIC event strategy including client nominations, selection, preparation, and hosting.
- Host domestic and international selling events to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Partner with stores and brand teams to maximize event impact and apply learnings.
- Collaborate with VIC program and regional counterparts to ensure alignment and execution.
- Use customer and program data to inform strategy and lead internal communications for initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related experience in VIC, designer, program management or merchandising.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in implementation and program delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency in PowerPoint to present data driven insights.
- Ability to handle sensitive confidential information with discretion and operate with urgency.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the East Coast and to host events domestically and internationally.
