Customer Experience Associate, Hospitality, French Speaking

Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury experience for customers. Help customers identify their needs, connect them with the appropriate associates, and build loyalty through knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, professional appearance, and discretion.
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and collaborate with associates and leaders to exceed expectations.
• Build brand loyalty and revenue through knowledge of product offerings, processes, and systems.
• Qualify and educate potential design customers about interior design services.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Confidence interacting with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
