Summary
The Customer Experience Coordinator is the store's lead ambassador responsible for shaping a Radically Personal customer journey and supporting efficient store operations to maximize sales and uphold the brand image. This role partners with store leadership to ensure exceptional service, seamless customer experience, and adherence to company presentation standards. The coordinator also maps clienteling activities and assists with service issue resolution and other duties as assigned.
