Summary

The Customer Experience Specialist provides outstanding customer service at Nordstrom Local Fillmore. The role supports customers with store services, merchandise, events, and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and connect them with services including order pickup, alterations, styling, returns, and gift wrapping.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email, and share feedback on trends, fit, and style.
• Support inventory management, maintain an organized and clean store, and assist with event execution.
• Open and close the building when assigned, following security procedures.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, initiative, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic familiarity with technology and applications such as Outlook, Booking Bug, and Excel.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including frequent movement and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
