Customer Operations Specialist

As a Customer Operations Specialist at Burberry in New York, you will manage the complete sales orders life cycle, ensuring timely dispatch of goods and orchestrating floorset launches. You will act as a key supply chain link, providing top-level support to downstream customers and ensuring efficient information flow between supply chain and regional teams.

• Manage sales orders from order raising to dispatch.
• Orchestrate floorset launches and ensure product availability.
• Act as a supply chain representative with regional planning and sales teams.
• Monitor order book for shortages, cancellations, and returns.

• Project manage the launch of capsule collections and special events.

• Provide support during markets for order entry and product setup issues.
• Review global returns, commercial discounts, and non-compliance penalties.
• Conduct seasonal analysis on order book cancellations.
