Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Relationship Coordinator at Cherry Creek Shopping Center, you will lead and execute store customer relationship initiatives and programs. You will collaborate with various levels of the organization to drive successful business outcomes and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the Get Connected program, Megalist outreach, and other outreach lists.
  • Achieve appointment goals and sales results through email and phone outreach.
  • Offer customers personalized experiences and book appointments with sellers.
  • Partner with Store Managers to implement customer initiatives in stores.
  • Coordinate customer appointments during event and non-event times.
  • Work in-store 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
Requirements
  • Customer-facing experience with a focus on selling and building repeat business.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in Excel, Outlook, BLVD, DYB, and Tableau reporting.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
