Customer Relationship Coordinator - Ala Moana

Summary

The Customer Relationship Coordinator leads and executes customer relationship initiatives and programs in the store. This role connects top customers with salespeople and resources to create exceptional experiences and support sales results.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Get Connected program, Megalist outreach, and other customer outreach initiatives.
• Contact customers by email and phone, book appointments, and work toward appointment and sales goals.
• Partner with store managers, department managers, and sellers to coordinate customer initiatives and appointments.
• Work in the store five days per week, including Saturdays.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience, including selling, wardrobing, and building repeat business.
• Ability to work independently, influence customers to book appointments, and complete initiatives on time.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Expertise in Excel, Outlook, BLVD, DYB, and Tableau reporting.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
