Job Description

Summary

The Customer Relationship Coordinator leads and executes store customer relationship initiatives and outreach programs to drive appointments and sales. This role partners with store leadership and sellers to connect top customers with the right resources and supports execution of targeted lists and programs to deliver personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Get Connected program, Megalist outreach, and other outreach lists
  • Conduct email and phone outreach to drive appointments and sales
  • Book customer appointments through BLVD requests and list contacts
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to implement customer initiatives in store
  • Support Department Managers and sellers by coordinating appointments during events and non event times
  • Serve as decision maker on procedures to personalize customer experiences
  • Track and report outreach and appointment results
  • Maintain organization and follow through on deliverables

Requirements

  • Customer facing sales experience with repeat business focus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and persuasion skills for phone booking
  • Ability to work independently and meet appointment and sales goals
  • Expertise in Excel, Outlook, BLVD, DYB and Tableau reporting
  • Excellent organization and follow through skills
  • Ability to execute initiatives with rigor and urgency
