Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Advocate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing requests and troubleshooting issues within the lab. You will work closely with the lab, peers, and accounts to deliver high-quality service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer requests via Salesforce cases to successful outcomes.
  • Ensure timely completion of jobs by managing workflow and scheduling.
  • Provide quality customer service by handling calls, responding to inquiries, and conducting outbound calls.
  • Prioritize and solve complex customer issues and concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between the Lab, Customer Service, and Internal-company laboratories.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Observe all company policies, rules, and safety practices.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of previous related optical experience and/or training.
  • Data Entry knowledge and lab process flow knowledge.
  • Proficiency in electronic communication methods such as email and chat services.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Effective communication skills in a team environment.
  • Keyboarding skills with the ability to do 10 key.
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge.
  • Preferred: ABO Certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, Eclipse Order Entry, Optifacts, and Salesforce.com experience.
