Summary
Customer Service Ambassador responsible for managing the order-to-cash flow and serving as first point of contact for commercial, logistics and product queries for an assigned B2B customer portfolio. Role supports sales activities, maintains customer master data and ensures compliance with sales business policies while working from the Bridgewater office.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer master data ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Handle order flow from acquisition to order entry in compliance with trade terms
- Liaise with planning and logistics to manage delivery flow and resolve issues
- Manage backorders to maintain a clean sheet
- Process goods returns according to agreed trade terms
- Act as first point of contact for customer commercial logistics and product claims
- Support sales events including campaigns presentations and customer visits
- Produce sales and customer related reporting for sales team and customers
- Implement and improve customer service procedures processes and systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B customer service experience preferred
- Proven customer facing experience
- Sales experience in a controlled environment advantageous
- Experience with SAP implementation advantageous
- Good business knowledge of order-to-cash flows
- Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs rules
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient with Office Pack including Excel Power Point and Word
- Customer oriented team player with problem solving and negotiation skills
