Summary

This client-facing role supports After Sales Service operations in a luxury jewelry store. The associate manages repair and maintenance registrations, coordinates service updates, and assists clients and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance.
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assist sales associates with client communications.
• Maintain accurate After Sales Service statistics and inventory results.
• Consult with management and sales team members on After Sales issues.
• Support sales associates and the back-office team as needed and help maintain the store's appearance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
• A bachelor's degree and experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry are preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong client assistance and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced luxury environment.
