Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at Marni, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts from order entry through shipping. You will support the Customer Service department in areas of Wholesale and Logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Plan day-to-day and annual workflow, establishing priorities and objectives.
• Manage order entry, shipping, and customer relationships, ensuring timely and complete shipments.
• Reconcile order books and manage bounced boxes, including creating and maintaining RAs.
• Communicate with buyers and owners on customer issues and support sales team efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, addressing credit issues with the Finance team.

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
• 2+ years of experience with major department or specialty stores.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and EDI transmissions.
