Client facing role supporting After Sales Service and Sales Team in a high jewelry maison. The Customer Service Associate manages product registrations for repairs and maintenance, communicates updates from service facilities, and assists in maintaining store appearance while supporting back office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories
• Assist sales associates with client communications regarding service
• Ensure After Sales Service statistical information is accurate
• Verify inventory results related to after sales processes
• Consult with management and sales team on after sales issues
• Provide support to back office team as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in sales administration or customer service
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in luxury watches or jewelry preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
