Customer Service Concierge - NorthPark Center

As a Customer Service Concierge at NorthPark Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients. Your primary focus will be on welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their shopping experience. You will also handle administrative and transactional duties to enhance the client experience.

• Assist with returns, curbside pickup, buy online/pick up in store, change requests, and cash pickup.
• Manage escalated customer issues and collaborate with in-store leadership when necessary.
• Partner with Client Advisors to ensure client engagement and meet customer expectations.
• Promote in-store activations, events, and services such as alterations, restaurant, spa treatments, and valet.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industries.
• Proven ability to effectively promote products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
