Customer Service Concierge - Short Hills

Summary

Service Concierge responsible for delivering exceptional client service in-store, welcoming clients, understanding visit purpose, guiding their experience, and performing limited administrative and transactional duties. Works closely with Sales Manager and in-store teams to support client journeys and drive engagement with store services and activations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients, discover purpose of visit, and guide their shopping journey
• Assist with returns, curbside pickup, buy online pick up in store, change requests, and cash pickup
• Manage escalated customer issues and partner with in-store leadership when required
• Coordinate regular appointment partnerships with Client Advisors to ensure client engagement
• Promote in-store activations, events, loyalty benefits, and services such as alterations and valet
• Use retail and mobile technologies to support transactions and client service
• Perform limited administrative and transactional duties to support client experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality
• Proven ability to effectively promote products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage escalated issues and collaborate with leadership
