Job Description

Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing customer interactions efficiently and effectively. Utilizing knowledge of Luxottica products and services, this position ensures customer satisfaction by addressing issues, providing support, offering information, and processing orders.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and process orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues for resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and track call types accurately.
  • Maintain support service levels and uphold Luxottica’s Customer Service standards.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability.
  • Handle inbound phone calls for up to 90% of the assigned shift.
  • Make outbound calls and resolve customer claims.
  • Take payments and support basic A/R functions.
  • Promote digital tool usage.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center environment.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and professional speaking voice.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure in difficult customer situations.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office; Word and Excel.
  • Optical experience and office work exposure to RX.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Flexibility in work hours to support business needs between 8 AM – 8 PM, Monday-Friday.
