Job Description

Summary

The Customer Service Logistics Administrator supports receiving, packing, shipping, stock processing, and supply management for luxury products and service parts. The role also responds to internal client inquiries and follows security and shipment-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, pack, label, and process parts, products, and supplies.
  • Prepare local, international, hazardous-material, and high-value shipments, including required shipping documents.
  • Use SAP ECS to label outbound parcels and verify parcel contents.
  • Respond to incoming mailbox inquiries from internal clients according to performance expectations.
  • Order packaging and supplies, deliver items to internal staging areas, and escalate missing-product issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
  • Two or more years of employment in a production-based environment preferred.
  • Previous SAP experience preferred; proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to follow directions.
  • Able to stand for up to nine hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
