Job Description

Summary

The Customer Service Manager at Richemont in Fort Worth, TX, is responsible for overseeing the logistics of repairs within the designated zone. This role focuses on compliance, security, team leadership, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the logistics of repairs, ensuring a continuous flow throughout the receiving, final control, and shipping processes.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, including SAS, video tracking, and filing.
  • Expedite repairs to the registration phase and perform final commercial control.
  • Organize repairs by destination and manage relationships with carriers.
  • Monitor Work In Progress and resolve anomalies by reallocating resources.
  • Lead daily meetings and foster staff versatility through rotations.
  • Apply central Maisons policies consistently.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in engineering or logistics preferred.
  • More than 5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Lean principles or tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team.
