Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to optical retail orders, and performing essential data entry tasks. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process retail optical store orders efficiently.
  • Repair frames and expedite prescription locations in the Lab or Distribution Center.
  • Provide comprehensive service to optical departments.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and make outbound courtesy calls.
  • Process error tickets and track prescriptions.
  • Communicate with stores to resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Completion of a high school diploma, trade school certificate, or GED.
  • Data entry experience with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proven experience in handling large volume calls.
  • Professional phone manner and service-oriented disposition.
  • Ability to handle unhappy or upset customers tactfully.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Team-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
  • 1+ years of optical experience preferred.
