Customer Service Representative - Alderwood Mall

Summary

Provide friendly, solutions-focused customer service at Nordstrom by handling returns, exchanges, order pickup inquiries, and transactions. Build trusting relationships with customers and teammates while supporting a positive store experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and own service interactions from start to finish.
• Resolve customer concerns, returns, and exchanges with empathy and sound judgment.
• Process transactions and ticketing accurately using POS and store systems.
• Support order pickup inquiries, promote loyalty initiatives, and help introduce new tools and services.
• Protect customer information and train new employees on POS and register procedures.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow through, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, bend and reach, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Availability for variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
