Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Harry Rosen in Chinook Centre and TD CORE, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and associates. You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining client information, and assisting with online and in-store purchases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service at the Cash Desk to clients and associates.
  • Perform daily cash handling functions, including opening/closing registers and processing sales transactions.
  • Bag and tissue purchased products for customers.
  • Answer store phones and maintain the Service desk.
  • Update and maintain client information files, including Club Harry Loyalty program memberships.
  • Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments.
  • Help clients picking up online purchases in-store.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role at the service desk, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong service orientation with a desire to wow customers.
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in technology to support retail Customer Service functions.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage a long line of customers efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills.
