Job Description

Summary

Provide friendly customer service and support for in store transactions while demonstrating proficiency with store technologies and promoting store initiatives such as the rewards program. Resolve customer concerns promptly while protecting customer information and supporting a positive team environment. Schedule will vary based on business and department needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions delivering a seamless and friendly experience
  • Use and demonstrate expertise in store technologies and operating systems
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions
  • Protect the security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
  • Promote and motivate customers and team members to adopt store initiatives and programs
  • Foster trust teamwork and positive relationships among peers and leadership
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
  • Work a flexible schedule that varies by business needs

Requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation with ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
  • Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules based on department needs
  • Willingness to participate in performance based incentive programs where eligible
