Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Harry Rosen Montreal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and associates at the cash desk. You will handle daily cash functions, assist with client inquiries, and support e-commerce operations.

• Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at the cash desk.
• Perform daily cash handling functions including opening/closing registers and processing sales transactions.
• Bag and tissue purchased products for customers.
• Answer store phones and maintain the service desk.
• Update and maintain client information files, including loyalty program memberships.
• Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments.
• Assist clients picking up online purchases in-store.

• 2 years of experience in a client-facing role at the service desk.
• Strong service orientation with a desire to wow customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
• Interest in technology and its application in retail customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
