Customer Service Representative - Natick Mall

Summary

Provide friendly, efficient customer support on the sales floor by assisting customers with transactions and resolving issues. Use store technologies and systems to process orders and protect customer information while promoting the rewards program. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain positive customer experiences and adapt to variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions and account needs
• Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and operating systems
• Defuse and resolve customer situations in a timely, professional manner
• Ensure the security and privacy of customer information
• Promote the rewards program and support team initiatives
• Foster trust, teamwork, and positive relationships with peers and leadership

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build customer and team relationships
• Proficiency with MS Windows, iOS, Android, or similar systems
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work variable schedules based on department needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and to lift items up to 25 pounds
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership
