Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to customers, ensuring a positive experience that meets or exceeds department objectives. You will play a key role in protecting and increasing Luxottica Retail revenues while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with service and support issues via phone, chat, email, social media, and mail.
  • Resolve problems using department tools, resources, and expertise, collaborating with field/stores to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement and supporting department and company objectives.
  • Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels meet or exceed expectations.
  • Use courteous and professional language in all communications.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to create win-win resolutions to problems.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers.
  • Basic math skills and customer service orientation.
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency with Internet and mainstream web browsers.
  • Commitment to resolving customer issues on the first contact.
  • Strong English comprehension and good command of grammar.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher, previous experience in a customer contact position, Luxottica Retail store/field experience.
