Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to customers, ensuring a superior customer experience and contributing to Luxottica Retail's revenue protection and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with service and support issues via phone, chat, email, social media, and mail.
  • Resolve problems using department tools, resources, and expertise, collaborating with field/stores to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrate continuous performance improvement and support department and company objectives.
  • Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels meet or exceed expectations.
  • Use courteous and professional language and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Create win-win resolutions to customer problems.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers.
  • Basic math skills and customer service orientation.
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and fluency with Internet and web browsers.
  • Commitment to resolving customer issues on the first contact.
  • Strong English comprehension and good command of grammar.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher, previous experience in customer contact positions, Luxottica Retail store/field experience.
