Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues through friendly and efficient interactions. Use store technologies to process transactions and protect customer information while promoting programs such as the rewards program. Work as part of a team in a fast paced retail environment with a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions delivering a seamless and friendly experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in all store technologies and operating systems
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions

Requirements

  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
  • Proficiency with multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
