Customer Service Representative - Retail Cashier

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Harry Rosen in Vancouver. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients and associates at our cash desk, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at the cash desk.
• Perform daily cash handling functions, including opening/closing registers and processing sales transactions.
• Bag and tissue purchased products for customers.
• Answer store phones and maintain the service desk.
• Update and maintain client information files, including membership in our Sartoria Loyalty program.
• Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments.
• Assist clients who have purchased online but are picking up products in-store.

• 2 years of experience in a client-facing role at the service desk, providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong service orientation with a desire to wow customers.
• Detail-oriented with an interest in technology to support retail customer service functions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage a long line of customers efficiently.
• Strong communication skills.
