Summary

Provide friendly, effective customer service at the store by resolving returns and exchanges, assisting with order pickup, and processing transactions. Build customer trust and support a positive team environment while helping customers and colleagues use store services and systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and own service interactions, including returns, exchanges, and order inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Process transactions and ticketing accurately using POS and store systems.
• Protect customer information, promote loyalty initiatives, and support new tools and services.
• Build teammate relationships and train new hires on POS and register procedures.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Availability for variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
