- Assist customers with a variety of transactions and inquiries through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in all store technologies and operating systems
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions
- Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
- Promote initiatives such as the customer rewards program to drive engagement
- Foster positive team relationships and inspire teamwork
- Work a flexible schedule with hours that vary by week based on business needs
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and handling merchandise
Requirements
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers, peers, and leadership
- Proficiency with multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android
- Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Capacity for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and regular lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
