Customer Service Representative - Washington Square

Summary

Provide friendly, solutions-focused service and help deliver a positive customer experience in a retail setting. Support returns, exchanges, order pickup, transactions, and customer inquiries while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and own interactions from start to finish, including returns, exchanges, orders, and pickup inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Process transactions and ticketing accurately using POS and store systems.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
• Protect customer information and promote loyalty initiatives, tools, software, and services.
• Provide POS and register training to support onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to train others on POS and register processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
