As a Designated Selling Associate (DSA) at Akris Punto in International Plaza, you will be a key player in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers to understand their fashion needs and help them build their wardrobes, while also championing the Akris Punto brand within Nordstrom.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using various selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Participate in product knowledge meetings and provide feedback to improve store assortment.
• Drive sales through appointment-based selling and opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, and cleaning.
