Demand Forecaster

As a Demand Forecaster, you will play a crucial role in leading forecast application education, maintenance, and evolution. You will apply your understanding of customer needs to drive replenishment merchandising strategies and collaborate with merchant partners to create optimal demand forecasts.

• Lead forecast application education, maintenance, and evolution.
• Maintain attributes and default settings in forecasting application.
• Collaborate with merchant partners to create optimal demand forecasts.
• Apply understanding of customer needs to drive replenishment merchandising strategy.
• Perform analysis and influence decision-making to improve replenishment sales and inventory results.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applicable systems, including replenishment, item planning, reporting, and division-specific tools.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail merchandise planning and analysis, inventory management, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience with retail forecasting tools and methods preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite required.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of retail and the service environment.
