Job Description

Summary

As a Demand Planning Analyst at Charton Hobbs in Montreal, you will play a crucial role in the development of Moët Hennessy in Canada. You will work within an international team in a dynamic environment, reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and collaborating with various departments including Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the demand and supply planning process for Estates & Wines and Other Spirits to manage stock availability effectively.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of depletions forecast with commercial teams and support forecast and supply review meetings.
  • Monitor inventory levels for each Province and Brand/SKU and manage shipment forecasts.
  • Improve sales forecast accuracy and refine demand planning methodology.
  • Manage high-value product allocations and streamline stakeholder communication.
  • Organize internal quarterly Supply and Operations meetings and provide monthly shipment estimates to the FP&A team.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Wine & Spirits Business and business systems like SAP APO is an asset.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
