Summary
Responsible for driving boutique sales and overseeing day-to-day store performance in the absence of the Boutique Manager. Leads and develops the sales team, ensures exceptional client experience, maintains luxury brand standards, and manages operational processes to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and contribute individually to revenue targets
- Analyze retail KPIs and implement action plans to grow the business
- Lead and coach the sales team to ensure motivation and cohesion
- Act as point of contact between boutique staff and market management
- Ensure outstanding client service and develop long-term client relationships
- Plan and participate in client events and outreach activities
- Oversee boutique operations including inventory, cash, security, and opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and supervise store expenses and maintenance
Requirements
- Management experience in a luxury retail environment
- Strong selling skills and mastery of sales KPIs
- Knowledge of brand history and product collections
- Client-centric mindset with experience in clienteling and appointment sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
