Design Assistant

Summary

Join the Women's Design team as a Design Assistant supporting the Design Product Specialist in executing jewelry design projects from 2D concepts through 3D development. This role involves maintaining product data and line plans, managing sample photography and supporting presentation and meeting preparation in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Design Product Specialist in execution of design projects from approved 2D design through 3D development
• Maintain accurate line plans and product information in PLM including archiving
• Manage status updates in Monday.com
• Manage sample photography
• Keep an organized physical and systematic workspace including inventory management
• Assist in creation of spec sheets and pricing requests
• Prepare materials and assist in meeting prep for design presentations

Requirements

• Portfolio submission required
• At least 2 years of professional experience in jewelry design or related roles
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop and InDesign preferred
• Familiarity with design software such as Rhino or ZBrush is a plus
• Detail oriented, highly organized and self-motivated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative aesthetic aligned with brand and ability to adapt to feedback
