Summary

The Design Assistant supports weekly and project-based work for the men's woven and swim design department. The role contributes to product research, design development, and presentation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Research product, trims, graphics, and techniques, and create inspiration boards.
• Create CADs and design presentation boards, and prepare statistics for board reviews.
• Update sketches following prototype approval and maintain material and sketch details in PLM.
• Organize the sample closet, seasonal binders, and design references.
• Collaborate with design team members and partners to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Passion for the brand and product category.
• Familiarity with AI-supported design tools and willingness to learn.
• 3D design proficiency preferred.
