Summary

The Designated Beauty Advisor (Specialist) is responsible for building lasting customer relationships to drive brand sales, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional service on the sales floor. The role requires expert product knowledge, clienteling, and collaboration with store and vendor partners to support brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed personal and brand sales targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing clients
• Share product knowledge with the store selling team and participate in educational sessions
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and selling managers and support brand marketing and event execution
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients regarding events, requests, and follow-up; resolve customer service issues
• Comply with health & safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong product knowledge and clienteling skills
• Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
